Delivery and returns

Despatch Times

We aim to despatch all orders within 1 working day of order receipt, but please allow up to 3 working days during peak times such as new product launches or seasonal holidays. These despatch times do not apply to our handmade and / or personalised bandanas or t-shirts, which take up to 5 working days of order receipt.

Delivery costs (UK)

  • 2 - 3 working days: Royal Mail 2nd Class - £3.25
  • Standard next working day: Royal Mail 1st Class - £3.75
  • Tracked next working day*: Royal Mail Tracked 24 - £5.25

*Please allow a few hours for your tracking information to populate via the link sent in your despatch notice when choosing the Tracked next working day delivery method.

  • Europe: Royal Mail - £10.95
  • Rest of the World: Royal Mail - £15.95

Returns

Any returns must be made within 14 days of the date of delivery. If you are returning an item, please send a notification within 3 days of receiving your order by email to: cutiepoochie.uk@gmail.com

Please ensure this e-mail contains the following information:

  • Your order number (please use this as the title to your e-mail)
  • Your name (as used on your order)
  • Your e-mail address (as used to place your order)
  • A brief summary of why you are returning your item

We will get back to you within 3 working days to confirm the validity of your request and send you the relevant information to make your return.

Once confirmed, please ensure that your return is well packed, ideally using the packaging in which you received your order, and that includes a copy of your return confirmation e-mail inside the parcel.

We cannot accept liability for any returns parcels lost or damaged in transit, it is therefore recommended that you choose to return your item by Recorded Delivery.

Please note that you are responsible for your own delivery costs for any returns, unless the reason for return is due to a damaged or faulty item.

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or faulty this may be returned for a refund or exchange. Unfortunately, original shipping costs cannot be refunded.

Refunds

Refunds will only be processed on orders that are returned to us unused, with all original tags attached and in the original condition that enables us to re-sell the item. Returns made later than 14 days of the date of delivery, or in an unsuitable condition, will not be accepted for refund and will be returned to you at your own cost.

We do not offer refunds on our handmade and / or personalised bandanas and t-shirts. These items are made to order in your chosen size and design.

We do not offer refunds on sale or reduced price items.

Exchanges

Exchanges will only be processed on orders that are returned to us unused, with all original tags attached and in the original condition that enables us to re-sell the item. Returns made later than 14 days of the date of delivery, or in an unsuitable condition, will not be accepted for exchange and will be returned to you at your own cost.

Please note you are responsible for both the return and exchange item shipping cost. Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee that we will have alternative sizes required for exchanges, so please be sure to check your sizing carefully before placing an order.
